We have tried, always unsuccessfully, to overload Type-IT when we have a problem with holidays, illnesses and leavers/vacancies among our staff. It does not seem to matter how much work you provide they seem to cope and do so efficiently and quickly.
The service is excellent. The quality of work is of the highest order. They check with us when unsure especially if trying to read my writing but on many occasions they use their initiative. Confidentiality is assured and there has never been an issue between us. They happily accommodate urgent workloads and even collect and deliver.
I would not hesitate (and indeed have already) recommended Type-IT to anyone looking for an effective typing service. They are a very reassuring safeguard for me against sudden staff absences and overload requirements.
